Hello Carts provides a platform connecting golf cart buyers with verified dealers. Users agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information when creating an account
• Maintain the security of their account credentials
• Not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not interfere with or disrupt the service or servers

3. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages from Hello Carts or our partner dealers, you agree to the following:

• You consent to receive SMS messages, including promotional and transactional messages, at the phone number you provided
• Message frequency varies based on your activity and dealer responses
• Message and data rates may apply as determined by your mobile carrier
• You can opt-out at any time by replying STOP to any message or contacting us directly
• For help or support, reply HELP to any message or contact support@hellocarts.com
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages
• We use Application-to-Person (A2P) compliant messaging services registered with The Campaign Registry (TCR)

Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, and other major carriers. Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

4. Dealer Accounts

Dealers using our platform agree to:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory listings
• Respond to buyer inquiries in a timely manner
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Provide truthful representations of golf carts for sale
• Respect buyer privacy and communication preferences
• Comply with TCPA regulations when sending text messages to buyers

5. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Send unsolicited commercial communications
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service
• Violate any laws or regulations

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Hello Carts and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Listing Information and Disclaimers

Dealer Responsibility: Features and options listed for vehicles are descriptive of what can be expected on the vehicle. However, actual options, features, and specifications should be verified directly by the customer with the dealer before purchase. Listed prices may exclude taxes, registration, titling, and other fees required by state or local government, as well as documentation fees. Please contact the dealer directly to confirm final pricing and vehicle availability.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Hello Carts does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on the service, and does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Hello Carts be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the service.

10. Modifications to Terms

Hello Carts reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
